- 10 years of experience as a lecturer in personnel management and organisation, occupational safety and health;
- Mediation between the employer and the employee (s) in resolving conflicts, changing the work organisation process, changing or terminating the employment relationship;
- Member of the Labour Disputes Commission of the VDI Kaunas Branch;
- Member of Kaunas Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts.
